The heavy-duty ribbed industrial door panel is equipped with a reinforced rib structure. Compared with traditional door panels, it boasts higher strength and better bending resistance, making it ideal for installation in large openings. This design significantly enhances the overall wind and pressure resistance of the entire door, enabling it to withstand wind pressure of 8–10 grades.

Filled with polyurethane material inside, the door panel features excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, and is widely used in various industrial factory doors and large-scale lifting doors.

The door panel, specifically engineered for industrial applications, is made of color steel composite panels treated with high-quality surface technology. It comes in a variety of colors to meet different users’ aesthetic preferences, and offers thickness options of 40mm, 43mm, 50mm, 60mm, and 75mm to adapt to various usage scenarios.

Convenience

Even manually opening and closing the sliding door is extremely easy, as approximately 90% of the door’s weight is balanced by springs or vertical devices. These springs are individually configured after scientific calculations based on the parameters of each door.

In addition, all products comply with national safety standards, and most electric doors are equipped with dual safety protection functions.
